Caitlin Moran earned her MD at Georgetown University School of Medicine, and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She completed her Infectious Diseases fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine, where she is currently an Assistant Professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases. Her research interests include the relationship between HIV, estrogen depletion, and chronic inflammation in women, and the impact of HIV on COVID-19 outcomes.
